Remember to include two or three links back to your main s ite INSIDE the content of each article (if you do more, it can be flagged as spam, so avoid it). Then go ahead and create links to each of those web 2.0 properties where your article is. You have the list of 101 link list above, so you can use that to create 101 links to each of your 20 web 2.0 places.

This will give your main site 100 direct low quality links, 40 Direct High Quality links, and 2,000 indirect links which are laundered through the web 2.0 properties to pass on the link love to you!
