The Process
1. Take an existing articleyou have written and repurpose it into a PowerPoint presentation or PDF Document by doing the following: Take the information in your article and break it down into small bites, and turn it into a series of slides. (If you don’t have PowerPoint, you can use “Impress” from openoffice.org.) Just spend a couple of minutes just copying and pasting.

3. Be sure to add several relevant keyword “tags” on the sites when you can to make your presentations show up within the search results on their sites which will get you more traffic.

4. After you upload your presentation, go back and add a comment to your post. And enter your keyword as your “Your Name”. You need to either use a single word or if you use multiple words have the underscore between them i.e. dog_training.

My Personal Experience
I have converted 9 existing articles into these formats and uploaded into the 7 Content Sharing Sites.

I have 9x7=63 videos( powerpoint presentation and PDF Documents are converted to videos in all these sites) uploaded.

Typically the uploaded contents are indexed within minutes by the search engines and get to rank within page 1-3 of Google.

Some contents would stay in page 1-3 for some 2-4 weeks.
Some still remain in page 1-3 without change.

I am getting backlinks and traffic from all these uploaded contents.
